You'll also enjoy a private group fragrance class, an exclusive portrait session, two food and beverage credits totaling $145, and thoughtful travel gifts. The bulk of your ticket covers premium hotel accommodations, including all taxes and resort fees included.

While your ticket covers nearly everything for a seamless NYC weekend, you’ll be responsible for the following:
- Individual airfare
– Transportation to and from the hotel (group arrangements may be available depending on client arrival times)
– One (1) lunch
– Two (2) dinners
– Any alcoholic beverages during optional late-night outings (up to 3 nights)
– Any personal shopping or retail purchases

We keep it simple so you can relax and enjoy the experience.

Group transportation to and from LaGuardia is not included in your trip package. However, if enough guests are flying at similar times, alternative group arrangements may be coordinated. If your flight falls outside those windows, we’re happy to help secure individual shuttle options.

To ensure everything is perfectly arranged, guests should reserve their spot by Friday, October 15, 2025. This allows ample time for final trip preparations and coordinated travel planning. As for flights—booking early is always best!

Not at all—you're welcome to participate in as much or as little as you'd like. However, this is an all-inclusive experience, and the flat-rate ticket price remains the same regardless of participation in individual events.

Over two days, we’ll visit multiple curated shops—from designer vintage to antique homewares and European imports. If you end up with more than you can carry, you have two easy options:

Option A: Check a large suitcase. Most airlines charge a $35 fee, which is often more cost-effective than shipping. We recommend packing light so you have room to bring home your finds.

Option B: Ship your items. Several shipping centers are within walking distance of the hotel, and we’re happy to help with packing tips.

For oversized items like lighting, art, or furniture, many shops offer shipping and delivery as part of the purchase.

New York is not the place to break in new shoes—bring pieces that make you feel confident and are comfortable enough to wear all day. While we’ll take the subway between neighborhoods, the rest of our travel will be on foot.

In early November, mornings and evenings can dip into the low 50s, while afternoons often reach the low 60s. We recommend layering: think 3–4 casual outfits including trousers or jeans, a few long-sleeve tops or blouses, 1–2 sweaters, and a warm jacket or coat. Closed-toe shoes or boots that can handle long walks are key.

For our fragrance class and vintage shopping days, you’ll want stylish but relaxed pieces. For the evening events—like Broadway or rooftop cocktails—opt for something festive or semi-formal. Heels are welcome but should be walkable and weather-appropriate.

As this trip is highly customized with many moving parts, we limit payment flexibility to ensure seamless planning. All purchases include a $450 event deposit, which is non-refundable under any circumstance.

No installment or partial payment plans are offered for this trip. Your reservation is not considered final until full payment is received.

We understand that plans can change and will do our best to accommodate; however, due to the limited capacity and extensive planning involved in this curated experience, the following refund policy applies:

• Full refund (less $450 deposit): Cancellations made within 7 days of purchase will receive a full refund, excluding the $450 non-refundable deposit, which is retained under all circumstances.
• Partial refund (50%): Cancellations made between October 16-23, 2025, are eligible for a 50% refund.
• No refund: Cancellations made on or after October 24, 2025, will not be eligible for a refund of any kind, as final bookings, purchases, and scheduling will already be in motion.

The $450 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance, including within the 7-day cancellation window.
