The ticket price includes everything you need for an effortless and luxurious weekend: transportation to and from LaGuardia, a prepaid Metro card, curated vintage shopping tours across multiple neighborhoods, orchestra seating at a Broadway show, daily breakfasts, a Mercer-exclusive clothing class, private group perfume class, two food and beverage credits, and personalized travel gifts. The primary expense of the ticket covers luxury accommodations, including sales tax, local state taxes, and daily resort fees.

While we do our best to curate the most seamless trip possible, there are still events that are not covered by the total trip fee. You will be financially responsible for one (1) lunch, two (2) dinners, and any alcoholic beverages purchased during late nights out (3 total, if you choose to partake!). Additionally, any retail purchaes made will be your sole responsibility.

For air travel, we encourage you to travel with your preferred airline. Our private group transportation will depart from La Guardia promtly at 12:20pm. Please ensure your flight arrives to New York prior to 12pm.

Please note, group transportation to and from La Guardia airport is already reserved and included in your experience package. Should you need to book flights that better accommodate your schedule, alternative shuttle transportation can be arranged.

To ensure everything is perfectly arranged, clients should book their spot by Friday, March 21st, 2025. This allows enough time for final preparations and accurate travel coordination. Regarding flights, the earlier you book, the better!

You are welcome to participate in as much or as little as you like. Please note that this in an all-inclusive experience, and opting out of itinerary items will not decrease or change the flat-rate ticket price.

Over the course of two days, we will visit multiple curated shops, including premium secondhand, designer vintage, antique home goods, vintage art, and European imports. Should you find yourself purchasing more than you can carry, there are two easy transport options:

• Option A: Plan to check one large bag with your airline. This will likely incur a standard luggage fee, but the $35 fee will most likely be more reasonable than the price of postal shipping. Pack light to ensure you have room to bring goodies home.
  
• Option B: Pack and ship from New York. If shipping items is more convenient prior to your departure, there are multiple shipping facilities within walking distance of the hotel.

If you purchase larger items such as mirrors, lighting, or furniture, most shops will include shipping and delivery in the final sale price.

New York is not the place to break in new shoes. Bring what you know makes you feel relaxed and is comfortable to wear all day. Despite riding the metro to and from neighborhoods, all other transportation will be by foot.

The weather in April is typically chilly in the morning, requiring a sweater or light jacket. Afternoon temperatures hover around 60 degrees, warmed by sunlight and ample walking.

For this exclusive Mercer weekend, we recommend 3-4 casual outfits of pants, a comfortable blouse, 1-2 sweaters, and comfortable closed-toe footwear. Our group-exclusive dye class will require athletic wear, just in case things get messy. For evenings, we suggest festive or more formal attire—heels are welcome, but please ensure they can last all night!

As this trip is highly customized with many moving parts, we must limit the range of payment options. Please note all purchases include a $450 event deposit which is non-refundable. Failure to complete the final payment by Friday, March 21st will result in forfeiture of your reservation. Mercer Vintage accepts all major credit cards, Venmo, and bank transfers.

• Option 1: Pay in Full
  Full payment due at the time of booking. Secure your spot immediately and receive a complimentary shopping tote for use during the trip.
• Option 2: 50/50 Split
  50% of the total ticket price due at booking, with the final 50% due by March 21st, 2025. . Spread out your payment while securing your spot.
• Option 3: Monthly Installments
  25% of the total ticket price due at booking, followed by equal monthly payments, with the final payment due by October 15th, 2024. Budget-friendly payments over time to make this exclusive experience more accessible.

• Full refund: Cancellations made by March 7th, 2025, will receive a full refund less the $450 non-refundable deposit.
• Partial refund: Cancellations made between March 8th and March 21st, 2025 will receive a 50% refund.
• No refund: Cancellations made after March 2nd, 2025 will not be eligible for a refund.
