Processing Time
All orders require 3–5 business days for processing before shipping. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We make every effort to fulfill orders promptly, though processing times may vary based on order volume.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We ship domestically via UPS or USPS and internationally via DHL. Domestic orders ship at discounted standard rates; international shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. Delivery times vary by carrier and location—we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, and transit delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs processing are beyond our control.
Insurance & Signature Confirmation
All orders valued over $100 are shipped with additional insurance and require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable to sign, please coordinate pickup directly with the carrier.
Shipping Liability
Once your order leaves our facility, Mercer Vintage is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages, carrier delays, or packages returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If you experience any of these issues, please contact us at hello@mercervintage.com before contacting the carrier. We manage all shipping claims directly and will work with the carrier on your behalf. Any refund or replacement is contingent on the carrier's resolution. Your cooperation throughout the claims process—including providing requested documentation—is required.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, any additional shipping fees to resend the package are the customer's responsibility.
International Shipping & Customs
International customers are responsible for all applicable customs fees, duties, and import taxes. Customs delays are beyond our control. If an international package is refused or undeliverable, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
