Sourcing is at the heart of what we do. Our founder has spent decades building the relationships, knowledge, and eye required to find exceptional pieces—and we're happy to put that to work for you.
We source across categories: designer handbags, jewelry, accessories, outerwear, art, and home goods. If it's something worth owning, we'll look for it.
Every piece we source is personally vetted, Entrupy authenticated where applicable, and priced transparently. A $100 sourcing deposit is required to submit a request—this is applied in full toward your final purchase price.
No obligation beyond the deposit. If we can't find your piece, your deposit is refunded.
How It Works
Step 01: Submit your request
Tell us what you're looking for: brand, style, color, condition preference, budget, and any reference photos. A $100 deposit is collected at submission and applied to your final purchase.
Estimated time: ~5 minutes
Step 02: We get to work
Within 2–3 business days of your submission, we'll follow up to confirm receipt and ask any clarifying questions.
From there, active sourcing typically takes 7–14 business days, though rare or highly specific pieces may take longer. We'd rather find the right piece than the fast one.
Step 03: We present your options
When we find a match, we'll send you photos, condition details, and pricing before you commit. You decide whether it's right.
Step 04: Authentication & Delivery
Every sourced piece goes through our standard authentication and inspection process before it reaches you. Once approved, your piece ships with full insurance and tracking.
What We Source
Sourcing fee
Our sourcing service carries a 6.5% markup on the final price of the piece, in addition to the $100 deposit applied at checkout. This covers the time, relationships, and expertise required to find, vet, and authenticate your piece.
There are no hidden fees. Your full pricing breakdown is presented before you commit to purchase.

Vintage Chanel mini-flap
A client sought a vintage lambskin mini flap in metallic gold with matching gold hardware—and ideally, the original box and dustbag. We sourced an authenticated example within 14 days, complete with original packaging, and came in $800 under her $6,000 budget.
Vintage Dior earrings
A client with piercing sensitivities requested designer clip-on earrings featuring pearl and diamond detailing. We located a pair of vintage Dior earrings within 6 days—right at her $150 budget.
Original oil painting
